What we agree to do, and what we ask of you.

For a video you send us, we deliver, in each language you ordered: the subtitle files, the video with the subtitles burned in, the transcript and the translation as text, and — if you ordered it — the dubbed version. They arrive in a Drive folder shared with your e-mail address.
We subtitle about a minute of your own video, free, once per video, so you can judge the work before paying for it. The sample carries a watermark. The finished work does not.
The price is quoted before the work starts, per finished file and by the length of the video. Work is paid for before the files are handed over. If we cannot do the job, you pay nothing.
You keep every right you had in your video, and the same goes for everything we make from it — the subtitles, the translation, the dubbing. We claim nothing. We will not show your work to anyone else, or use it as an example of ours, unless you tell us in writing that we may.
In exchange, you confirm that the video is yours to send us, or that you have permission to. We do not check that, and we cannot: you are the only one who knows.
Speech recognition and translation are done by machine and reviewed by a person. They are good, and they are not perfect — a name, a technical term or a joke can come out wrong. If something is wrong, tell us and we fix it.
What we deliver is not a sworn, certified or legally recognised translation. If you need a translation for a court, a visa or a government office, ask a certified translator — this is not that, and no amount of care on our side would make it that.
Tell us. If the work is not what was ordered, we redo it. If we cannot put it right, we refund what you paid for that file. Beyond that refund, we are not liable for losses that follow from using the files — a campaign that did not perform, an audience that did not grow.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Velotras LLC is registered. Nothing here takes away rights that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
